Our clients can be set up on preventative maintenance schedules, where their systems are periodically inspected to detect potential problems before they occur. Of course, service technicians are on duty 24 hours a day to respond to any emergency situation. And our service isn´t limited to systems we install. Our factory trained personnel are also available to troubleshoot and repair existing systems.

This outstanding service offered by National Security extends beyond our field technicians to include our entire support staff. Customer profiles are constantly reviewed and updated to assure that the proper protocol is followed in case of an emergency. And our service dispatchers go the extra mile to ensure that a technician will arrive on time for a scheduled appointment. Plus, National´s affiliates provide network services. From east coast to west we will provide installation and maintenance services through our preferred dealer affiliates while National monitors your facility.

Peace of Mind
We hope you never need us; but rest assured that if you do, we will be there. National Security offers 24 hour monitoring of your alarm system. In case of an emergency we will notify the appropriate pre-determined contacts, including police and fire departments. All monitoring is done locally from our East Providence Central Station facility.

Our Central Station is Underwriters Laboratories listed for security and Factory Mutual certified for the alarms. We are the first in the area to introduce UL listed two-way radios for continuous monitoring when telephone lines fail.

National´s secusity systems provide maximum perimeter detection to minimize potential intrusion. In the case of an actual intrusion, multiple zone systems track movements and provide an exact location of the intruder. With fire systems, not only is the location of the fire determined but also whether or not hazardous substances are involved.

This pinpoint accuracy combined with National Security´s trained monitoring staff results in faster response times, saving lives and property. So, you never have to worry – National is always on the job!
